A Claude Dozorme Le Thiers carving set, valued at $190. Produced in Their since 1902, Claude Dozorme knives have a history of quality which is evident in this Le Theirs carving set. A delicately shaped blade mirrors the shape of the handle and gives a precise cut to best serve your meats.

The rich vein of the olive wood handles offers a pattern unique to each set and has a wonderfully smooth finish which is a delight to use.
