Rules and Regulations

 

Promotion Period

The Windsor Meats Prize Draw (the “Promotion”) begins on Monday, September 8, 2025 and ends on Monday, October 6, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

 

Eligibility

2. The Promotion is open to all customers of Windsor Meats who make qualifying purchases during the Promotion Period.

3. Employees of Windsor Meats, their immediate families, and anyone professionally associated with this Promotion are not eligible to participate.

 

How to Enter

4. Customers will receive one (1) entry ballot for every $50 spent in a single transaction at Windsor Meats during the Promotion Period.

5. There is no maximum number of entries; customers may enter as many times as they qualify.

6. Ballots must be completed in full and submitted in-store to be eligible.

7. By providing your contact information, you are also opting-in to receive electronic marketing and promotional communications from Windsor Meats.

 

Prize

8. The prize is one (1) Claude Dozorme Le Thiers Carving Set valued at $190 (the “Prize”). https://www.farrar-tanner.com/le-thiers-carving-set-with-olive-wood-handle

9. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be substituted for cash or any other product.

 

Winner Selection and Notification

10. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

11. The draw will take place on Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Windsor Meats.

12. The winner will be contacted using the information provided on their entry ballot. If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

13. The winner’s name may be announced in-store and/or on Windsor Meats’ promotional channels.

 

General Conditions

14. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Rules and Regulations.

15. Windsor Meats reserves the right to verify eligibility of entries and to reject incomplete or fraudulent entries.

16. Windsor Meats reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if circumstances beyond its control arise.

17. By accepting the Prize, the winner consents to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

18. Windsor Meats is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, or misdirected entries.

20. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws and regulations.
