OUR STORY
Windsor Meats began in 1946 as a small Vancouver butcher shop built on a commitment to quality, freshness, and neighbourly service. Over the decades, it earned a reputation as a trusted local staple, evolving while staying true to its roots.
In 2005, Bett Prosperi-Porta took over the Caulfield location with a vision of offering a superior selection of premium meats sourced from responsible, family-run farms.
In 2022, Bett brought on a new partner to help carry Windsor Meats into its next generation. Today, the shop continues to blend tradition with innovation, providing expertly cut, locally sourced meats, custom packaging, and genuine community-focused service that reflects the same core values it was founded on nearly 80 years ago.
