Our locally raised chickens are spatchcocked by our butchers, which means they're butterflied and flattened. It cooks faster and more evenly than a regular roast, comes out with crispy, golden skin and juicy, tender meat. We've paired it with potatoes and herbed carrots that cook right alongside it, so everything is ready at the same time with no extra prep. Put it all on a pan, roast at 400°F, and enjoy a comforting fall dinner in about 45 minutes. Our locally raised beef inside round roast is the star: well marbled and full of flavour, it roasts up with a savoury, browned crust and a tender, juicy centre. Carve it at the table and watch everyone gather round. We've paired it with roast potatoes and sweet carrots that roast in the same pan and soak up all those rich beef drippings. Burger Bundle

Burger night just got a serious upgrade. This bundle is built around four of our prime rib burger patties. They're thick, juicy and full of flavour, and they get a perfect seared crust on the grill or in a hot pan. Each one goes on a soft, golden brioche bun that's just sweet enough and sturdy enough to hold all your favourite toppings. On the side, you get a bag of duck fat french fries. They're golden on the outside, fluffy on the inside and richer than any regular fry.
