We were given this great recipe from Brad from Biota Fermentation, a local company that specializes in naturally fermented food and drink. All of their products are not only delicious, but full of enzymes and probiotics that help aid in digestive and gut health. This recipe uses their charcuterie mustard as a marinade that gives these ribs a delightful bite. Paired with some sweet Rufus Teague BBQ sauce, this recipe is sure to wow your guests.
We like to BBQ our ribs for that extra smokey flavour, but you can do these in the oven as well! They will still come out tender and flavourful.
