Recipe: Tiberino Pappardelle with Braised Beef Short Ribs


Here is another great recipe from our larder. Using our Tiberino Pappardelle with Porcini mushrooms, you can have a rich, delicious weeknight meal with almost no hassle! Short ribs are surprisingly easy to make; I just threw them in my dutch oven, closed the lid and went about my day! If you aren't planning on being home when you make them, you can use a crock pot to ensure you have a home to come to at the end of the day. These short ribs are mouth wateringly tender and have a huge depth of flavour that is enhanced by the mushrooms in the Tiberino mix.
