Windsor Meats is one of the few places in Vancouver where one is able to buy genuine dry-aged beef. Using our climate controlled coolers, we age our beef for a minimum of 42 days. Not only does moisture evaporate from the meats, but as the beef ages the connective tissue in the meat also has a chance to breakdown. This causes the meat to become extremely tender and allows for the meat's natural flavour to become much more intensified. Come on down and pick up a couple dry-aged steaks for the BBQ!
